What will be built in the place where the 53rd Division military base was?

We plan to create a cutting-edge industrial complex for bio, AI, and marine ICT. If possible, it will have a synergy effect if it is an industry that is linked to BEXCO and the Busan International Film Festival.

Even if people flock, traffic should not be blocked, so eco-friendly transportation such as BRT and bicycle roads should be introduced.

Finally, it should be connected to the nearby Daecheon Park, Jangsan hiking trail, and Gunam-ro, which leads to Haeundae Beach.

In other words, 'filling jobs' is important, but 'emptying the space connected to Jangsan and Daecheon Park and green space' is also important.

군부대 부지 재개발이 성공하려면?

53사단 군부대 떠난 자리에 뭐가 들어설까? 

바이오, AI, 해양 ICT 등 첨단산업단지를 조성할 계획이다. 기왕이면 벡스코, 부산 국제 영화제와도 연계되는 산업이면 시너지 효과가 날 것이다.  

사람들이 몰려도 교통은 막히면 안 되니, BRT나 자전거 도로 같은 친환경 교통수단도 유치해야 한다. 

끝으로 여기에 인근 대천공원, 장산 등산로, 해운대 비치로 통하는 구남로와도 연결되어야 한다. 

다시 말해, '일자리 채우기'도 중요하지만, '장산과 대천공원과 녹지로 연결되는 비우기' 도 중요하다는 사실이다.
